I own a 2025 Corvette. I have visited this service center in Delray Beach twice, yet absolutely nothing has been done under warranty. The first time, the car sat there for 3 days; the second time, for 18 days. I have two very serious defects in the transmission, and they have not been resolved. I don't know where to turn or how I am supposed to drive this vehicle. Greco Chevrolet in Delray Beach couldn't care less about the warranty.

Why 3 stars and NOT 5: Purchased car here a month ago in great shape great condition. Staff took care of me at A+ level Now losing stars for: Sometime after I received a text (see screen shot) to come over, even responding that I purchased her, still asking me to come. Ok here I am, made time 30 mins to get here + another 30 mins to get back to find out that all this invitation is attempt to sell me abother vehicle. 1.5 hours of my time is wasted at zero + gas, plus I had to rearrange my plans for entire day. Disappointing.
Miguel was quick to answer my call and got me in as soon as possible for a service. I swear that I’ll be contacting him again in the future. A lot of dealerships do a poor job at handling their customers properly, but I can’t say the same thing about this one. Definitely coming back.
