We can’t thank Service Advisor Louis Costanzo and the team at Chevrolet of Delray enough for the incredible service we received. We experienced car trouble on our way home from Miami and were understandably stressed, especially knowing we had a 15-hour drive ahead of us with our two boys. From the moment we arrived, Louis completely changed the situation. He was kind, knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely cared about helping our family. He immediately got our vehicle into the service department, arranged a shuttle so we could enjoy breakfast while it was being inspected, and even made sure we had an Uber back to the dealership. Although the issue couldn’t be fully repaired today, Louis took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer our questions, and give us the peace of mind that our vehicle was safe to make the long drive home. That reassurance meant more than he probably realizes. Heading out on a 15-hour trip with your family is stressful enough without worrying about whether your vehicle will make it. Exceptional customer service is becoming harder to find, but Louis reminded us what it looks like. His professionalism, empathy, and dedication to his customers turned what could have been a very stressful day into a positive experience. Bought a used Tesla Model 3 last month and the process was fairly smooth, and at a reasonable price. However, I had some service done recently and noticed that the 'Frunk Apron', which is a plastic component that covers the instruments under the hood, was missing. They advertise that 'Every used vehicle is inspected by certified Chevrolet technicians', and considering this is a stock piece the vehicle should come with, I was very disappointed to say the least. Furthermore, I reached out to the dealer, asking if they could provide me this piece as a goodwill gesture to make things right, and they refused. This is a $100 piece, a relatively inexpensive fix for a customer. I even offered to install it myself if they could just source me the piece, and they still were not willing to cooperate. Wish I could say better things, but this seems like the type of place that tosses you to the curb once they get your money.
