Over my 55 years of driving, and as a married couple for most of those years, we have purchased nine vehicles. Our most recent vehicle purchase this month was 3 hours from our home at Grieco Chevrolet, in Delray Beach Florida. It was by far our most positive experience ever. Overall, the dealership was clean and well organized. Our salesperson was Fabian. What an incredible young man. He was mature and experienced beyond his years. Fabian listened carefully and heard every word we spoke. He answered all of our questions, and when he did not know an answer, he researched it and found the correct response. He often thought outside the box for us. Fabian returned all of our phone calls and text messages immediately. He even followed through on our details long after he was off duty and on his personal time. Fabian looked professional and acted professionally. He was respectful, polite, honest, and patient with us. Grieco Chevrolet is fortunate to have such a fine young man as Fabian for an employee. Our interaction with his supervisor, Slav, was also a very good experience. He showed himself to be honest and straight forward. He did everything he could to meet our needs in the purchase of a vehicle. Slav even took extra steps to ensure our satisfaction with the purchase process. The finance manager Sergio was also very informative, competent, and professional.
