Alex Gutierrez made a custom of me as I brought my 2014 Stingray in as the screen got stuck in the open position. He took a trim tool (I am not a handy guy - i.e. 75 y.o. who breaks things) and was able to undo the problem as his knowledge was greatly put to use - he told me he previously was a tech prior to becoming a fleet specialist - even recognized me from phone call I made before showing up at the designated time - can't thank him and the staff for doing such a nice task and making me comfortable. Scott Graham - I will return.l Even though the job was covered by warranty there was no charge and just a nice thing to do . In and out quickly.
